PRIVACY POLICY: The company Sociedad Española de Electromedicina y Calidad (hereinafter referred to as SEDECAL) guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data and of any other type of information provided to us by our clients in accordance with the provisions laid out in the Spanish Organic Law (Ley Orgánica) 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, concerning the Protection of Personal Data.
All data provided to us by our clients will be included in an automated file for personal data created and maintained under the responsibility of SEDECAL.
The purpose of this automated file is to uphold our contractual rapport with our clients, to facilitate the processing of administrative information and notifications; the carrying out of statistical studies as well as the dispatch of publicity relative to the products and services commercialized by SEDECAL.

SEDECAL assures the confidentiality of the data received and guarantees that this data will not be conceded under any circumstance for any other use without mediating the previously expressed consent of our clients.
In accordance with the provisions laid out in the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, the clients of SEDECAL can, at any moment, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition concerning their personal data by having it be known through written communication to SEDECAL , C/ Pelaya, 9 – 13 . 28110 Algete, MADRID.
