Ethical channel
The SEDECAL Group is committed to complying with the law, preventing infringing behavior and respecting the principles included in its Code of Ethics. For these purposes, it has established the Ethics Channel as a means through which actions that may be contrary to the law or the Code of Ethics can be reported, anonymously and confidentially.
The Ethical Channel is designed and managed in strict compliance with the legal requirements of availability, confidentiality of the informant and third parties concerned, as well as the investigations that may be carried out, effectiveness, investigation procedure, developed through the relevant policy and procedures and protection of the informant.

Who can report?
The SEDECAL Ethical Channel is open to all members of the group companies, such as: members of the Board of Directors, directors, employees, worker representation, employees whose employment relationship has ended, volunteers, interns, employees whose employment relationship has not ended. commenced in cases where information on violations was obtained during the selection process.
Suppliers, collaborators, subcontracted personnel or clients of SEDECAL may also use the Ethical Channel.
What can be reported?

My rights
SEDECAL’s Ethical Channel will always ensure the rights of informants, such as:
- That his identity is not revealed.

- To receive information regarding data protection.
- To be informed about protection and support measures as an informant.
- To be informed of the processing of the investigation file that may give rise to the communication that is made.
